• We reserve the right to refuse services that do not comply with our core values

• All of our work is protected under intellectual property rights

• All credits are to be left untouched

• In signing up for a commission, you are agreeing to pay the quoted rate

• Anything promoting racist, misogynistic, or queer-phobic messaging will be automatically declined without refund or payment

• Promotions for generative AI companies and products will be automatically declined without refund or payment

• The project is to only be used in the ways and contexts specified in your application

• You MUST disclose if your service requires on location footage or photography

• The terms set forth are binding

• if you are found to be violating these terms, you revoke all rights to the use of your project in any conditions, you will not be refunded

• If you are on behalf of a nonprofit organization or single person, we can waive the labor fee, this DOES NOT mean that we will.

• In submitting your application and accepting delivery of your project, you agree to these terms
